Our prime focus is on monitoring calls. However, we also extended value-added services, such as returning leads, tracking violations, and targeting specific partners or agents to improve their performance.
We generate detailed reports- weekly / fortnightly / monthly – about agent performance against tailored KPIs and employ industry best practices to improve their call quality.
